Responding to her experiences living in Darwin from 2005-13, Kennedy’s drawings and soft sculptures are at once sensual, mysterious and darkly beautiful. Using the meditative repetition of her drawing and sculptural processes, Kennedy creates glistening, organic forms that hint at desire and fear.
